Immunoprecipitation Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300 μg extracts of HeLa cells using 3 μg TTC11/FIS1 antibody (SAB5701329). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using TTC11/FIS1 antibody (SAB5701329) at a dilition of 1:1000.
