SDS-PAGE The purity of recombinant SARS-COV-2 Receptor Binding Domain (RBD) expressed in HEK 293 cells (Cat. No. SAE1000) was assessed on SDS-PAGE (2 μg/lane) followed by InstantBlue™ staining (Cat. No. ISB1L).
ELISA The ability of recombinant SARS-COV-2 Receptor Binding Domain (RBD) (Cat. No. SAE1000) to bind ACE2 was tested by a functional ELISA. Immobilization RBD at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well), allows binding of ACE2, biotin tagged (Cat. No. SAE0171). Half maximal binding is achieved at ≤2 μg/mL ACE2.
