The compound has very weak potentiating effects on α1β2, but potentiates GABA-elicited currents of α(123)β2γ2s receptors, all with low μM EC50s. Rc-OMe acts at a binding site that is distinct from BDZ, pentobarbital and loreclezole modulatory sites. |
