A-1070722 showed > 50-fold selectivity for GSK-3 over a panel of other kinases tested, including CDK family members. A-1070722 decreased phosphorylation of microtubule-associated protein Tau and protected rat primary cortical neurons against β amyloid and glutamate challenge. |
