Biochem/physiol Actions:	CINK4 is a specific inhbitor of CDK4/cyclin D1 complexes (IC₅₀ = 1.5 mM). CINK4 has greater than 50 fold selectivity over CDK1 or CDK2. CINK4 dose-dependently inhibits phosphorylation of retinoblastoma (Rb) and induces G0-G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cell lines.
