| Biochem/physiol Actions: | Ombrabulin is a synthetic water-soluble combretastatin analog vascular disrupting agent. Ombrabulin is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor. Ombrabulin binds to the colchicine binding site of endothelial cell tubulin, inhibiting tubulin polymerization and inducing mitotic arrest and apoptosis in endothelial cells. |
