Biochem/physiol Actions: RS09 is a potent and specific toll like receptor 4 (TLR-4) agonist that mimic LPS by interacting with TLR-4. RS09 causes NF-KB nuclear translocation and induces inflammatory cytokine secretion in RAW264.7 macrophages in vitro. RS09 function as an adjuvant in vivo when administered with X-15-KLH in mice.
