Application: Sodium taurohyodeoxycholate hydrate has been used in a study to assess dose-response data for cytotoxicity, regenerative cell proliferation and secondary oxidative DNA damage in rat livers treated with furan. It has also been used in a study to investigate the use of an immobilized artificial membrane HPLC column to predict bile salt-membrane interactions.
