Immunofluorescence Chicken fibroblasts cells were fixed and permeabilized with 3% to 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1:200 Anti-Tropomyosin antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. T3651). The antibody was developed using 1:20 Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F9887).
