| General description: | TAK1 is an orphan nuclear receptor that represses the transcription of Gata1 and also inhibits signal transduction via T3R, RAR and RXR pathways. This orphan receptor also regulates PPARα-mediated gene expression in liver cells . Anti-TAK1 antibody recognizes TAK1 (70 kDa). Additional unidentified bands may be detected. |
