| Application: | Thioridazine hydrochloride has been used as an intercalating agent for analyzing the integrity of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) using square-wave voltammetry (SWV) techniques. Thioridazine hydrochloride has also been used as a positive control for the inhibition of hepatic enzyme cytochrome P4502D6 (CYP2D6) in human liver microsomes. |
