TrueGel3D Crosslinker
SIGMA/TRUECD - CD cell-degradable crosslinker
Synonym: Crosslinker
Product Type: Chemical
| shipped in | dry ice |
| storage temp. | −20°C |
| Application: | TRUECD is used to crosslink PVA and dextran polymers to generate cell-degradable hydrogel |
| Disclaimer: | Avoid prolong exposure of CD cell-degradable crosslinker to air |
| Features and Benefits: | MMP degradable |
| General description: | CD cell-degradable crosslinker is comprised of conjugated peptide along with polyethylene glycol and thiol (SH) groups. The thiol groups form stable thioether bond with thiol-reactive groups of the polymers (Mal-PVA, Mal-Dextran, SG-PVA and SG-Dextran) and results in a stable hydrogel. The conjugated peptide has matrix metalloprotease (MMP)-cleavage sites (Pro-Leu-Gly-Leu-Trp-Ala) |
| Other Notes: | TRUECD contains CD cell-degradable crosslinker lyophilized and water. |
| RIDADR | NONH for all modes of transport |
| Storage Temp. | −20°C |
