No. U5258), and developed with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase conjugate (Cat. No. A0545) using a chemiluminescent substrate.
(Lanes A-E): Antibody dilution 1:7,000; (Lane D): Inhibition of antibody staining (at 1:7,000 dilution) with 5 μg/mL immunizing peptide.
