Immunofluorescence 293T Human embryonic kidney cells expressing VSV-G tagged fusion proteins were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg/mL Anti-VSV-G antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. V4888) followed by 1:40 Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F9887).
Western Blotting Whole extract of 293T cells expressing VSV-G were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Anti-VSV-G antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. V4888).
