Immunofluorescence HEK-293 cells overexpressing V5 tagged fusion protein were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-V5 Clone: V5-10 (Cat. No. V8012). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting
293-T expressing V5 cells transfected with pCDNA 3.1/V5/HisLacZ were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Monoclonal Anti-V5, clone V5-10 (Cat. No. V8012). The antibody was developed with Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab), alkaline phosphatase (Cat. No. A1293) and a NBT/BCIP substrate.
Antibody concentration: 0.5 μg/mL
