Immunofluorescence HEK-293 cells overexpressing V5 tagged fusion protein were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1:1,000 Rabbit Anti-V5 (Cat. No. V8137). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.

Whole extract of human HEK-293T cells overexpressing V5-tagged fusion protein was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Rabbit Anti-V5 (Cat. No. V8137). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A0545) and a chemiluminescent substrate.
