| Application: | Western Blocker Solution has been optimized for detection systems using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates; it is also compatible with alkaline phosphatase based systems. Western Blocker Solution has been used for blocking of western blot membranes. It has also been used for dilution of antibodies in western blot. |
