Immunofluorescence HEK-293T cells over expressing Human WDR62 were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.1% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 0.5 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-WDR62 antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: 3G8 (Cat. No. W3269) followed by 1:500 Anti-Mouse IgG-Cy3. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting Whole extract of HEK-293T cells overexpressing human WDR62 protein was separated on SDS-PAGE, probed with Mouse Anti-WDR62 Clone: 3G8 (Cat. No. W3269). WDR62 potentiates c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) activity. Mutations in this gene are linked to microcephaly and cortical malformations. |
