It is a substrate of the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). SHC4 associates with tropomyosin receptor kinase B (TrkB) and regulates the activation of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK). |
