Immunofluorescence NIH-3T3 Mouse fibroblasts cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.1% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 2.5 μg/mL Anti-YB-1 (C-terminal) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. Y0396) followed by 1:500 Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Cy3. Picture B: cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Western Blotting PC-12 cells lysate were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Anti-YB-1 (C-terminal) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. Y0396).
