Immunofluorescence 293 T-cells expressing human YAP & C-Abl were fixed and permeabilized with methanol. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Anti-phospho-YAP1 (pTyr357) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. Y4645) followed by 1:100 Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F9887). Picture A: cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Enhanced Validation-By Recombinant Expression Western Blotting. Antibody recognition: Anti-phospho-YAP1 (pTyr357) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. | General description: | Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP1) is a 65 kDa and a modular adapter protein with multiple protein interaction domains that was originally identified based on its interaction with Src-family tyrosine kinase c-Yes. In addition to a SH3-binding motif, YAP1 contains a proline-rich amino terminus, a WW domain, a coiled-coil and a PDZ-binding motif at the extreme C-terminus. YAP1 binds to p73 through its WW domain and the PPPY motif of p73. This interaction is required for the ability of YAP1 to co-activate p73-responsive genes. |
