  • Polycaprolactone Composite Micro/Nanofibrous Material as an Alternative to Restricted Access Media for Direct Extraction and Separation of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs from Human Serum Using Column-Switching Chromatography: This research utilized the Ascentis Express RP-Amide, demonstrating its effectiveness in column-switching chromatography for the extraction and separation of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs directly from human serum. The study highlights the column′s utility in handling complex biological matrices, an essential aspect for pharmacokinetic and drug monitoring studies (Raabova et al., 2021 ).

  • An HPLC-MS method for the quantification of new acetylcholinesterase inhibitor PC 48 (7-MEOTA-donepezil like compound) in rat plasma: Application to a pharmacokinetic study: This paper details the use of the Ascentis Express RP-Amide in a validated HPLC-MS method for the analysis of PC 48, a novel acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, in rat plasma. The method′s application to pharmacokinetic studies underscores its significance in the development and therapeutic monitoring of new drugs (Mzik et al., 2016 ).

  • On-line SPE-UHPLC method using fused core columns for extraction and separation of nine illegal dyes in chilli-containing spices: Demonstrating the versatility of the Ascentis Express RP-Amide, this study employed the column in an on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with UHPLC to detect illegal dyes in food samples. The method′s robustness and high-throughput capabilities make it ideal for ensuring food safety and compliance with regulatory standards (Khalikova et al., 2014 ).
