| Application: | Solid-phase extraction (SPE) experiments were performed using a Visiprep DL disposable-liner solid-phase extraction vacuum manifold with individual flow control valves from Supelco (Bellefonte, PA, USA) which enabled twelve SPE tubes to be dried at a time. Visiprep™ manifold flow control valve may also be used for solid phase extraction experiments(SPE) in the determination of biogenic amines in wine samples using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector (HPLC). |
