The 125Ã… pores allow for anaylsis of peptides up to 8,000 Da. Columns packed with larger particle sizes are available for semi-preparative scale separations. |
| General description: | TSKgel Guard cartridges require a holder, which is sold separately. For 2 mm cartridges, the holder is Part No. 819308. For the 3.2 mm cartridges used to protect 4.6 mm columns, the holder is Part No. 819018. Reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) is the preferred method for analysis and purification of polar and nonpolar compounds that are soluble in mixtures of water and organic solvents. |
